After carefully sampling a number of excellent single casks malt whiskies, we selected our cask — a spritely, peated, cask-strength 8-year-old highland single malt, finished in a bourbon cask and singing with fresh bright notes of apple, vanilla, toffee, baking spice, and round gentle smoke.

Our whisky is bottled at cask strength (57.3%), and each of the 200 bottles will be hand numbered.
