Monthly Sips: August
Supping Club members know full well that I tend to be a little self-indulgent for my birthday month, and this year is no different. They also know that we have a great partnership and friendship with Matt Bailey and the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This year both SMWS and myself are turning 40. Is it a coincidence? Yes. Serendipity? Likely. Should we celebrate with a fantastic whisky dinner with SMWS? Absolutely!
We will dine at Clarence, one of my favourite spots showcasing hearty, seasonal local produce. Following an arrival drink, we'll have shared entrees; you be able to choose your main, served alongside a selection of sides, followed by dessert. Each course comes with a selection of very special celebratory SMWS whisky from Matt.
This will be a great evening, and I can't wait to celebrate my Life at 40 with you and SMWS.
